Position Summary: Winchester Interconnect has a remote opening for a Project Manager on the Core Engineering team. In this role you will play a critical role in driving the execution of new product development and commercialization initiatives across three operating divisions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized, and technically fluent professional who can manage multiple complex programs in parallel and drive accountability across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment (10+ years a plus)
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience managing new product development (NPD) and commercialization projects
• Strong familiarity with product development methodologies, phase-gate processes, and engineering documentation practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
• Citizenship status must be compliant with ITAR regulations

• Leading the execution of new product development and commercialization projects from concept through launch
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting performance and quality objectives
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using appropriate project management tools
• Partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Quality, and Sales/Marketing to align project deliverables and priorities
• Serving as the central point of contact between Core Engineering, local site, and division stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
• Escalate risks or barriers to executive stakeholders when broader organizational alignment or support is needed
• Lead and influence without direct authority to ensure accountability and timely deliverables from all functions
• Recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the product development lifecycle
