Customer Service Professional I *Location: *Remote (Must reside in OR, WA, ID, or UT)

As a Customer Service Professional I, you'll be the first point of contact for members, providers, and partners-delivering compassionate, knowledgeable support that keeps our community connected and cared for.
What You'll Do:
* Answer inbound calls regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and prior authorizations
* Provide empathetic, accurate, and efficient service on recorded phone lines
* Educate members and providers using clear, professional communication
* Navigate multiple systems and screens while maintaining a calm, helpful demeanor
* Document all interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution
What You Bring:
* 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, insurance, healthcare, banking, etc.)
* Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills (2+ screens, web-based tools)
* Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and empathy
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work independently in a quiet, secure home office
* Willingness to be on camera during training and coaching sessions
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Familiarity with medical terminology, claims processing, or EHR systems
* Experience with Salesforce, Radar, or revenue cycle operations
* Knowledge of health insurance or prior authorization workflows

Work Environment & Schedule:
* *Training:* M-F, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PT (some flexibility available)
* Post-training shifts may include *evenings *(until 7-8 PM PT) and *Saturdays* (8-4:30 PM PT)
* Shift bids will occur around weeks 5-6 of training
* Must maintain schedule adherence and call quality metrics (800 sec. AHT, 90%+ quality)
Tech Requirements:
* Hard-wired internet (Cable, DSL, or Fiber only)
* Minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
* Cambia-issued equipment must be used exclusively for work

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
