Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a DeWALT Customer Service Representative for a 1st shift on-site role. You’ll handle pricing, respond to product questions, and drive sales both at the counter and by phone.

The position emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and problem resolution while supporting multiple brands. The ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, prior customer-facing experience in Retail/Service, and is comfortable with a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Full-time Mon-Fri with additional hours as needed.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience reading schematics and identifying parts for tool repairs.
• Customer-facing experience in a Retail/Service environment.
• High integrity, accountability, dependability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing, identify catalog numbers and descriptions, verify quantity and extend items on orders.
• Attract potential customers by answering product questions; drive incremental sales.
• Conduct customer sales and service at counter and via phone.
• Assist customers on product application, features, benefits and maintenance; sell services/products.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining cause, and implementing solution.
