U-Haul Co. of South Carolina is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Toms River, NJ. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals and equipment, using U-Scan tech, and helping ensure a smooth journey for our customers.

The role involves inspection of equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and ongoing training through U-Haul University. This position offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
