The Spinx Company in United States, South Carolina, West Union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service, handle cash, and help maintain store safety, cleanliness, and product quality to meet company standards.

The CSR role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, strong customer focus, and adherence to policies and core values. Training and cross-coverage across retail and food service are expected to support

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform.
• Cross-train and be proficient in all retail and food service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
• Keep the sales floor neat and restrooms clean every hour of every day.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness of building, grounds and forecourt.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, following cash-handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted sales and verify customer IDs when required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store operations.
• Follow communication guidelines within the store.
• Assist customers and expedite lines at self-checkout when applicable.
