Job summary

U-Haul in Ogden, Utah seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist with rentals, inspect and prepare equipment, and use U-Scan tech to manage inventories. You’ll join a team that values people skills, reliability, and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with U‑Haul products and services.
• Use U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation training offered upon employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
