McGard LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orchard Park, NY. The 1st shift runs 8:15AM–4:45PM, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $19.50–$25.00/hour DOE. Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders for US/Canada, assisting walk-ins, and resolving inquiries.

Qualifications

• English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer and typing skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle all phone calls from end-users.
• Enter and process orders; verify U.S. and Canadian info.
• Assist walk-in customers and verify vehicle patterns.
• Review invoices, bills of lading, and related docs to resolve issues.
• Update customer data in the system and communicate with departments.
• Report customer complaints weekly.
