U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Mesa, AZ to assist customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and answers about products and services. You will work with a supportive team and use modern tools to dispatch and return equipment.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to learn through U-Haul University, and a path toward advancement while delivering exceptional service to customers on their journeys.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use store tech to manage rentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
