Job summary

Lowe’s in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You may work across departments and assist with loading merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or inputting data
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and ensure shelves are organized and case goods are stocked
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Assist customers in department-specific needs (paint tinting, piping, lumber, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
