Job summary

Lowe’s seeks a Customer Service Associate in Murray, KY. This part-time role centers on greeting customers, guiding product selection, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise while maintaining a friendly store atmosphere.

You will work across departments, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and supporting smooth store operations. Prior retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus; ability to lift up to 25 lbs required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, with basic data entry.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
