Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, helpful service throughout shifts at our Toledo store. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and guide them to solutions for home improvement needs.

The role involves assisting with product selection, stocking, and processing orders, with opportunities to rotate across departments and learn new trade skills while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves when needed and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
