Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and cross-training to support the cash register and front-end duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and integrity in daily tasks.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
