Waterway Carwash is hiring Customer Service Associates across Chesterfield, Woodsmill/Town & Country, Westport, and O'Fallon locations. You’ll greet customers, sell car wash services and memberships, and work in a dynamic team environment with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and add-on options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers.
• Keep merchandise stocked and displays clean; manage inventory as directed.
• Operate POS transactions with accuracy and use tablets and payment terminals.
