Job summary

Waterway is hiring Customer Service Associates at our Leawood, Overland Park North, Overland Park South, and Stateline locations in the Kansas City area. You will engage customers, sell car wash services and memberships, and support a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and engaging with a positive attitude.
• No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license and professional demeanor per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and add-on options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including counters, displays, restrooms, and waiting areas.
• Keep merchandise stocked and organized, and take inventory as directed.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and tablets.
• Follow Waterway policies and safety instructions.
