Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Chestertown, MD to support the store leadership by performing a variety of tasks that ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism to help build brand loyalty.

The role covers food service, POS transactions, stocking, and store cleanliness. You will follow safety procedures, work with the team, and adapt to busy shifts, including weekends.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service while answering questions.
• Operate the register, manage payments, fuel cards, and balance the drawer.
• Verify IDs for age-restricted products like alcohol or tobacco.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages with accuracy and speed.
• Restock items, check expiration codes, and maintain clean, safe store areas.
