Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role to warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll stock shelves, assist with purchases, and may rotate across departments based on needs.

The position emphasizes friendly, proactive service and reliable performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer tasks, retail tech, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Competenze

• 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months retail technology experience (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and other tasks
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation
• 6 months retail/customer service experience
• Bi-lingual skills
• Trade-related certification in hardware/kitchen/plumbing/electrical/lawn/building materials

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint, cut, bundle)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
