Job summary

Lapels Cleaners in Fort Mill, SC is looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. No prior industry experience required. Full time and part time positions available with a friendly, detail-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with drop-off/pick-up, answering questions, and ensuring cash drawer accuracy while maintaining store appearance. Uniforms are provided and holidays are observed.

Qualifications

• Customer service friendly attitude and able to greet walk-in customers.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage orders and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders.
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
