Lapels Cleaners | MA Green Cleaning is seeking energetic and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Massachusetts. You will greet walk-in customers, assist with drop-off/pick-up, and advise on cleaning and finishing options while keeping orders organized and running smoothly.

No prior industry experience is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering a friendly, flexible schedule and a focus on exceptional customer service in a busy retail

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
