Job summary

Lapels Cleaners in Omaha, NE is looking for energetic Customer Service Reps / Team Members to join our team.

No prior industry experience is required. We offer a flexible schedule, full-time and part-time positions, and no late nights.

You will greet walk-in customers, assist with drop-offs/pickups, help with cleaning and finishing needs, and keep the store neat and welcoming. Uniforms provided and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and work in a retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned
