MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is hiring a friendly Customer Service Representative for our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issues with a smile and professionalism.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, training, and an excellent bonus structure, plus employee discounts. Weekend and holiday availability is helpful to support our busy store and keep guests happy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software.
• Identify and escalation complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
