Domino's MBR Management franchise in St. Peters is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (part-time) to greet customers, handle inquiries, and process orders at the Mid Rivers Mall Drive location.

You will use POS systems, maintain a welcoming store environment, and contribute to memorable guest experiences. The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for training, and a bonus structure as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and empathy; calm under pressure.
• Problem-solving with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• CRM experience (preferred).
• Previous sales or upselling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and service requests.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card payments.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide recommendations that meet customer needs.
• Keep the customer service area organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support additional store operations as needed during peak hours or events.
