Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, and help inspect and maintain gear at the lot.

Responsibilities include educating customers about products, preparing invoices, installing hitches, and learning through U-Haul University. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving and ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
