• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale

Responsibilities

• Assists customers and ensures satisfaction with courteous service
• Deals with customer complaints empathetically to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Routes inquiries to the appropriate contact or department
• Acts as a liaison between the dealership and customers and represents the dealership
• Assists service customers during the morning service rush when possible
• Conducts telephone and in-person transactions courteously and promptly
• Introduce customers to service and parts personnel and explain shop hours
• Follows up with sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure satisfaction
• Develops and monitors customer service questionnaires and programs
• Communicates CSI results to management and staff and tracks standings
