Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Broken Arrow, OK. The role involves assisting customers with products and services, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The position offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification program at retail stores. Eligibility and training are provided to support career growth with U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane as certified.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
