Job summary

U-Haul in Clovis, NM is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives as the face of our service. You will help customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and assist with equipment inspection and operation.

This role offers on-the-job education, interviews, and bonuses including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 certification bonus; you’ll join a team focused on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
