Sherwin-Williams in Bountiful, UT is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction and support store sales goals.

The role includes handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing, and serving customers with professionalism. Full-time position at Store #8042 with potential for growth.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock, pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per customer spec; stock shelves and displays.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
