Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with computers and standard office systems.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability in standardized situations.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and inquiries via phone, fax, and email with speed and accuracy.
• Open new accounts and keep customer information up to date in IQMS.
• Provide rate quotes and pricing information.
• Resolve customer complaints, billing questions, shipping discrepancies, and RMAs with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping, Quality Control, Lab, and Engineering to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Coordinate foreign sales and export documentation, NAFTA paperwork, and Country of Origin certificates.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Flag product complaints to supervision promptly.
