Job summary

Pilgrim's in De Queen, AR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders for assigned accounts daily and coordinate with Production Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, QA, R&D and Sales.

The position requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. An Associate's Degree is preferred; related experience may be considered. Full-time, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate's Degree; however, related work experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service related position required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• General working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Prior scheduling, sales and poultry processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors backlog of work for assigned area.
• Prepares and monitors master schedules with materials planning, production and maintenance.
• Communicates status and changes to customer service and/or sales.
• Fills in for finished product schedule in their absence.
• Liaises between sales managers and division.
• Assists transportation scheduling.
• Processes orders with sales administrator.
• Cross trains with production coordinator and sales administrator.
• Exhibits high level of customer service to all customers and visitors.
• Maintains procedures manual and customer profiles for status updates.
• Evaluates and troubleshoots production and transportation issues.
• Maintains orders in sales forecast and updates with actuals.
