Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to manage day-to-day customer service needs across multiple accounts, ensuring accurate orders and high customer satisfaction. You will be the liaison between customers and internal teams, proactively handling orders, resolving issues, and driving improvements in service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service, order management, or related function; CPG experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as primary contact for orders.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle, changes, and delivery issues.
• Identify risks, shortages, and discrepancies; develop solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics like OTIF, order accuracy, and case fill rate.
