Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to manage day-to-day needs for multiple accounts in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. You will ensure accurate order execution, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of balancing several priorities in a fast-paced CPG environment. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or related function; CPG experience preferred.
• Experience handling multiple accounts or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as primary contact for orders, product availability, and service inquiries.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle including entry, changes, shipment status, and delivery.
• Monitor open orders and identify potential service risks such as shortages or delays.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to prioritize orders and resolve constraints.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information and communicate risks clearly.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics to resolve customer issues and improve service levels.
• Analyze service performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
