Job summary

The role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, handling order changes, product availability, delivery issues, and service improvements, while maintaining accurate data and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as primary contact for orders, availability, delivery, and inquiries.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle including entry, changes, shipment status, and completion.
• Monitor open orders, identify risks and resolve issues with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation to resolve problems.
• Analyze service performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
