• Analyze account order activity and OS&D claims to drive improved service levels.
• Own orders and accounts management for allocation, consignment, and capital equipment processes.
• Lead onboarding of new order management processes with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee frontline leadership of special customer initiatives (conversions, win-backs, LMRs).
• Support strategic projects and system upgrades; assist acquisitions and launches.
