• 1–5 years experience in the customer service field.
• Ability to handle small, medium, and large accounts with complex product portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree or 10–15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Touch Point Customer Contact: Answer phones, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner and to customer’s satisfaction.
• Customer Contacts and Relationships: Communicate clearly and responsibly, coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve customer needs.
• Error-Free Customer Order Processing: Analyze and identify root causes for errors and reduce order errors.
• Expedite On-Time Delivery: Follow-up and coordinate with Sales, shipping, traffic, and other functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Processing of Customer Complaints: Gather facts and file complaints as needed.
• Manage Consignment/Outside Terminal Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory to keep stock within 30 days.
