Uline, a leading supplier of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is seeking a BI Analytics Engineer in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will design dashboards, shape reporting, and build scalable analytics solutions for enterprise systems to help drive data-informed decisions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement Microsoft BI Stack and Python-based data models to deliver reliable insights and scalable reporting across our business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in BI development with Microsoft BI Stack.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design datasets and deliver insights that support our growing business.
• Develop scalable dashboards using Microsoft BI Stack and Python.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers that support consistent, reliable analysis.
• Document analytics requirements, data models and processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
