Job summary

Curri is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Customer Operations Team in Ventura, CA. You will facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and provide best-in-class support for customers and drivers via chat and phone.

You will communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth deliveries and gather operational feedback to help optimize logistics as Curri scales its operations.
