Job summary

York Container is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead the CS department, including managing Project Coordinators and QA staff. You will act as the liaison between Sales, Design, Scheduling, Production and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer issues.

You will oversee training, policy development, and process improvement while maintaining inventory oversight and vendor coordination. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Customer Service Department including Project Coordinators, Sr. Project Coordinators, and CS/QA Support Specialist.
• Liaises between Sales, Design, Scheduling, Production and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend production/shipping meetings; gather information for customers; track purchase patterns; manage customer inventories.
