Knight Material Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager at their Canton, OH location. This role oversees day-to-day order processing from receipt to shipment, serving as a crucial link between customers, Sales, and internal operations.

You’ll lead teams across Knight, ECM, and SDL brands to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery. Experience in industrial manufacturing or project-based services is valued, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, project coordination, inside sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional customer interaction.
• Strong organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, concerns, service needs, and escalations.
• Coordinate timely resolution of customer issues across internal departments.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, milestones, schedules, and deliveries.
• Monitor open commitments and escalate risks affecting delivery or satisfaction.
• Partner with department leaders to improve responsiveness and ease of doing business.
• Supervise and support the Order Entry Specialist and Marketing Specialist.
