Qualifications

• Two or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Press or extrusion experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance in all production activities.
• Communicate production delays to leads and supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and free from hazards.
• Support production of ceramic products to meet customer demand.
• Update forms and system data accurately and timely.
• Adhere to attendance policy and contribute to a high-performing team.
