Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in East Liverpool, OH. You will assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and cashier duties to create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety, deliver excellent customer service, and support teammates with various tasks as needed. Part-time role with cross-training across front-end duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers at the front end and on the sales floor.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for customers and team.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
