Bayview Physicians Group in Chesapeake, VA is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Patient Accounts to join the Billing Team. This full-time role focuses on assisting patients with billing questions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate account information in a busy healthcare environment.

You will answer multi-line calls, review balances, resolve disputes, and navigate the EHR system while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Medical office or healthcare experience is a plus.

What You'll Do
