Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and personable Remote Customer Service & Marketing Representative to support our lead intake, appointment setting, and digital marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, working independently, and has a knack for customer service and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up promptly with prospective clients who request quotes or information through our website and digital channels.
  • Conduct initial needs assessment; refer them accordingly.
  • Schedule appointments directly onto the agency calendar based on client availability.
  • Assist new clients in completing online quoting forms and using self-service tools.
  • Deploy social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and assist in ad creation using templates and tools provided.
  • Monitor ad engagement and provide performance feedback.
  • Assist in general marketing support, including occasional updates to landing pages, email campaigns, and outreach efforts.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Monitor online reviews and solicit customer reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or digital marketing preferred.
  • An upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Office 365 tools, or similar tools a plus (training available).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-through.
  • Familiarity with insurance products or willingness to learn is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Contract Position (1099); Work Remotely; Flexible hours.
  • Part-time (20 hours/week) to start. May become Full-time after 90 day probationary period.
  • Competitive hourly wage or monthly stipend based on experience.
  • Opportunities for growth to Account Manager after obtaining insurance license(s).
