Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee Argo Terminal CS operations. You will recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team, build relationships with customers and internal departments, and ensure accurate billing and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement of CS processes. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience handling conflicts and documenting procedures.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing CS team.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of CS team members.
• Maintain job descriptions, role accountabilities, and performance expectations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members; conduct reviews.
• Foster engagement, accountability and development.
• Coordinate processes across Operations, Maintenance and other functions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; distribute performance reports.
• Oversee daily CS operations and staffing; monitor attendance.
• Review invoices for accurate billing; support SOX compliance.
• Lead training and procedural improvements; implement CS procedures.
