Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Terminal Manager for the Argo, IL bulk liquid operations. You will own P&L, budgets, and customer service, partnering with EHS, commercial and finance teams to meet terminal objectives.

Responsibilities include leading safety, compliance with OSHA/DOT/PSM, driving EBITDA targets, managing an hourly workforce, mentoring staff, and delivering annual expansion and performance plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in the bulk liquid terminal industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing an hourly workforce in an industrial setting.
• Understanding of labor contracts and working with both union and non-union workforces.

Responsibilities

• Management of employees including hiring, discipline, performance reviews, safety of employees and safety programs.
• Participation in negotiations with customers and service providers.
• Growth and development of business with commercial support.
• Provide customer relations and service using quantitative, quality-based approaches.
• Oversee service, maintenance and capital assets.
• Monitor changes in working conditions or technology to improve safety and efficiency.
