Qualifications

• At least five years of customer service management experience.
• Experience in a call center environment managing a call queue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small customer service team at headquarters.
• Act as a point of contact and escalation to resolve complex customer issues.
• Coordinate department staffing levels and monitor incoming call queues.
• Review call recordings to coach team members and improve performance.
• Assist customers with placing orders and checking stock.
