Job Description Summary

The Customer Service Manager – Facilities Maintenance role provides exceptional, professional, and efficient customer service to our FM Strategic Customers in the rental of Climate Control equipment and store items. This position is considered the centralized point of contact for a specific group of accounts and is responsible for improving the FM customer experience, streamlining the workflow process with our customer support and field-level operations teams, and driving revenue within our strategic customer book of business.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional, professional, and efficient service to our FM Strategic Customers.
  2. Centralized point of contact for a specific group of assigned strategic customers.
  3. Perform customer research and data analyses.
  4. Responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and growing new and potential Strategic Customers.
  5. Engage prospective companies and various decision-making levels to identify appropriate contacts, and qualifiers, and generate profitable deals through the sales pipeline.
  6. Oversight and management of customer compliance metrics.
  7. Collaborate and create processes for Quality Control and Assurance amongst all Strategic Customer Support teams to ensure that we are maximizing the customer experience.
  8. Develop seasonal training material for internal cross-divisional team members and external customer education.
  9. Work with AR to ensure payments are posted properly for summary billing accounts.
  10. Vendor portal management, comprehensive understanding of all Vendor Portal Systems.
  11. Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential strategic customer onboards.
  12. Communicate effectively with Sr. management and cross-divisional teams.
  13. Collaboration with Marketing on proactive seasonal content and messaging.
  14. Communicate to strategic customers ahead of significant weather events.
  15. Work with strategic customers to develop specialized processes and procedures, as needed.
  16. Identify key Climate Control tradeshows and organizations and ensure representation.
  17. Go above and beyond by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  18. Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  19. Proven ability to recognize and adapt to company culture.
  20. Attentive to the FM landscape and competitive activities. Collaborate and assist in developing strategies to adapt and evolve our go-to-market sales process.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent combination of education and experience of 3 to 5 years in the rental industry.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  3. Wynne software experience preferred.
  4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  5. Commitment to excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  6. Team oriented with the ability to collaborate with others.
  7. Written and verbal communication skills highlighted in all forms of communication including email.
  8. Quick learner willing to adapt to change.
  9. Requires minimal supervision.
  10. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  11. Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  12. Strong analytical skills and ability to come up with new ideas and suggestions from these results.
  13. Ability to implement processes, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
  14. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  15. Experience working with large national accounts.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $62,671.00 - 86,172.90

Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees. This package includes health, dental and vision plans, 401(k), volunteer time off, short-term and long-term disability, accident, life and travel insurance, as well as flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP and length of service awards. You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies: twelve to twenty-five vacation days depending on years of service; five sick days; six paid holidays, two paid half day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement).
