The Facilities Manager will oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Responsibilities include managing facility operations, supervising staff, coordinating office moves, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Coordinate facility system repairs and monitor performance in the Dayton, Ohio area.
  • Negotiate maintenance contracts and work orders with vendors.
  • Manage a team of technicians.
  • Conduct equipment audits and maintain records.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 4 years of facilities management experience required.
  • HVAC certification and electrician license are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of facility control systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
