The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and process excellence to deliver high-quality customer experiences and align with company values. The manager will mentor staff, oversee order lifecycle, and collaborate across departments to meet delivery expectations while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Drive process improvements and support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the customer service team to ensure performance, quality, and service standards.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members to enhance effectiveness.
• Oversee order entry, modifications, and end-to-end accuracy from entry to delivery.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Scheduling, Shipping/Logistics to meet delivery expectations.
• Act as front-line decision maker for major or critical customer accounts and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead optimization initiatives.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused team environment and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Perform CSR responsibilities as needed to support accounts and workload.
