Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our center. You will learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders while participating in daily team meetings.

The role involves interacting with customers by email, phone, in person, and on-site, and may require driving to site surveys to assess client locations. A career with FASTSIGNS offers growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for long periods.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
