Position Summary: The Digital Sales Manager – Meat Division is responsible for managing and expanding Allen Brothers’ E-commerce legacy business. This includes developing sales strategies, maintaining key retail accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow E-commerce meat sales online.
  • Manage existing partnerships and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new meat products.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Train and support customer service reps on product knowledge, display, and handling.
  • Ensure merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies align with brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure product availability.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and market positioning.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the meat or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of premium meat products and customer preferences.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Additional Info:

  • Frequent travel to retail locations and client meetings may be required.
  • Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary during promotions or events.
