Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment in Brookfield, CT. You will drive customer service excellence, manage payroll, and partner with sales and operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience in retail, a strong leadership presence, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Able to identify opportunities and find solutions for continuous improvement
• Problem-solve, organize and balance multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain composure when handling unexpected challenges and competing demands.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
